Why would I choose St. Roch?
When you choose St. Roch, you become part of the family. We take a lot of time to get to know you and your dog and we genuinely care, so we do our best to deliver the right service for you.
We walk in smaller packs than other dog walkers, no more than 5 at any one time to ensure your dog gets the right one on one attention. We also provide daily photo updates on our Instagram & Facebook pages so that you can see your doggo living their best lives every time they are out with us.
We genuinely love dogs and we love what we do and you’ll see that in our service to you.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Bayside and we cover from St Kilda through to Brighton and surrounding areas. If you’re not sure, give us a call and we will see what we can do.
Where do you walk?
We try and mix up the walks so do parks that are local to our packs and then also do beach walks too. We try and avoid having dogs in the car for too long.
How long are the walks?
Time actually walking is 1 hour or 30 minutes depending on the walk you book. Travel time is outside the walking time
Do all employees have a current police check?
Yes, all of our employees who are responsible for both your dogs and homes have undergone a police check.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full Public Liability insurance and we also have key insurance.
Do you have any testimonials or references?
Yes, we have testimonials from our happy clients. They are available through Facebook, Google and on our website.
Do you pick up and drop off my dog?
Yes, we pick up the dog from your home or work and drop them off after their walk.
What are your rates?
· Dog Walking: 1 dog $42 per hour, Two dogs $65.00 per hour. 30 minute walks for greyhounds are charged at $32.
· Sleepover $90.00 per night (only available to dog walking clients)
All rates are quoted excluding GST. Food is not included in the price for sleepover.
Public Holidays, Weekends and Christmas and Easter incur a 25% surcharge.
Do you do out-of-hours dog walking?
Yes, we do, you can call us to discuss your requirements. We do Home Visits too if you’re going out after work we can drop in to walk and feed your doggo. See the website for details.
Why are you called St Roch?
St. Roch is the patron Saint of Dogs and Dog Owners. A pretty special dude.
Who are the St. Roch Team?
The St. Roch team are Fiona, our Top Dog who does all our consultations and walks too. Sarah, who’s Fiona’s wife, does our marketing, and we have part time dog walkers, Courtney and Amanda. You can check us out on the website and on Instagram and Facebook.
