Refund and Return Policy - St. Roch exchange any item for another item of equal value (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days of delivery should you not be totally happy with your purchase. To claim a refund, please return your item to St. Roch with your original receipt and a brief explanation of the problem. St. Roch will not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged in transit.
In addition, you may return any item within 30 days if it is defective. If the item is defective, St. Roch will refund it without question. If an exchange item is not available, for whatever reason, St. Roch will refund in full the cost of the defective goods. The cost incurred for returning goods that are found not to be defective shall be at the customer’s expense. The return delivery charges will be refunded or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective.
To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on St. Roch are excluded under these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any provision, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Australian Consumer Law or under any international consumer protection legislation, provided that, to the extent that such law permits St. Roch to limit its liability, then St. Roch’s liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or payment of the cost of replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or having the goods repaired.
Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.
NOTE: It is imperative that an item returned must be in original condition and that its packaging also be in its original condition. St. Roch reserves the right to withhold credited funds if these conditions are not met.
